1. You perform 1 exercise per day as instructed by the app.
2. The exercises selected are backed by science to target muscle groups specific to hockey.
3. Some of the exercises require a foam roller and exercise bands for optimal muscle recruitment and mobility. Check out our PROGRAM page for ordering information.
4. Each daily exercise is simple to perform at home and can
be completed in less than 2 MINUTES.
